and select Task Manager.
- Go to the Startup tab.
- Right-click any program you
want to disable and choose Disable.
- Settings (Windows 11/10):
- Go to Settings > Apps
> Startup.
- Toggle off any app you don't
want to run at startup.
Mac:
- System Preferences:
- Click the Apple menu
and go to System Preferences.
- Open Users & Groups,
then select your user account.
- Click the Login Items
tab.
- Select the app you want to
disable and click the minus (-) button.

- Startup Applications:
- Open the Startup
Applications tool.
- Find the program in the list
and uncheck it, or select it and click Remove.
